I am currently a Damon Runyon postdoctoral fellow in Carolyn Bertozzi’s group at Stanford University in the Department of Chemistry. My research interests center around understanding how cellular metabolism and RNA-mediated pathways control molecular processes.

I completed my M.D. and Ph.D. in Cancer Biology in the MSTP at Stanford University. My graduate work was supported by the NIH F30 NRSA. Previously I received a B.S. in Biology from MIT. Outside the lab, I enjoy learning about new technologies in the biotech and energy spaces, such as Blue Planet and Opus 12 both of which are addressing an important need to capture carbon in an economically viable manner.
